Festival Location

The 2010 Frederick Festival of the Arts will be held along Carroll Creek Linear Park in downtown Frederick, Maryland. The festival grounds run from Court Street to East Street. We suggest that you park in one of the nearby parking decks.

Driving Directions to the Festival (all directions bring you into the city via East Street)

From the EAST (Baltimore)
Take 70 West
Take Exit #54 toward downtown Frederick. Turn right on East Street
Choose to park in one of following parking decks (see below)

From the SOUTHEAST (Washington, D.C.)
Take 270 North
Take 70 East
Take Exit #54. Get in left lane left of the ramp and turn left on East Street at the light.
Choose to park in one of following parking decks (see below)

From the WEST (Hagerstown)
Take 70 East
Take Exit #54. Get in left lane left of the ramp and turn left on East Street at the light.

From the SOUTH (Leesburg/Harper's Ferry)
Take 15 North
Take 70 East towards Baltimore
Take Exit #54. Get in left lane left of the ramp and turn left on East Street at the light.

Take 15 South
Take 70 East toward Baltimore

Frederick City Parking Decks

On Saturday, deck parking is $1 for the whole day. Sundays are FREE until 6:00 p.m. On street metered parking is $1 per hour on Saturdays and Free on Sunday.

East All Saints Parking Deck (125 E. All Saints Street)
From East Street - Make a left onto E. All Saints Street. Make right into the E. All Saints St. Parking Deck.

Carroll Creek Parking Deck ( 44 E. Patrick Street, next to C. Burr Artz Library)
From East Street - Make a left onto East Patrick Street. Pass Maxwell Alley, and make immediate left into next alley, then continue straight into the Carroll Creek Parking Deck.

Court Street Parking Deck (2 South Court Street)
From East Street - Make left on E. Patrick Street. Make left on S. Court Street and left into parking garage.

Church Street Parking Deck (17 E. Church Street)
From East Street - Make a left onto E. Patrick Street. Turn right onto N. Market Street. Then, turn right onto E. Church Street. Make a left into the Church Street Parking Deck.

West Patrick Street Parking Deck (140 W. Patrick Street)
From East Street - Make left on E. Patrick Street. After Court Street and the Courthouse, make a left into the W. Patrick Street Parking Deck.
